Abstract nouns are- 1. Nouns that can't be touched, tasted, seen, heard, smelt or felt. 2. Usually represent feeling, ideas, state, action and qualities. Quality - goodness, kindness, whiteness, darkness, wisdom, bravery Action - theft, fight, movement, hatred, laughter, State - childhood, youth, sleep, death, poverty, Name of art and science (grammar, music, physics etc) are also abstract noun. Noun can be further divided in to two parts. 1. Countable nouns (गणनीय संज्ञा): Nouns that can be counted. वे संज्ञाएँ जिन्हें गिना जा सके Countable nouns कहते हैं। इन संज्ञाओं को एकवचन तथा बहुवचन दोनो ही रुपों में व्यक्त किया जाता हैं। Example: 1. हमारी कार काली हैं। Our car is black. 2. लड़किया लम्बी हैं। The girls are tall. 3. कमरें में तीन खिड़कियॉं हैं। There are three windows in the room. 2.
